Jon Estreich formerly served as an attorney at the Department of Homeland Security, where he represented the Department in hundreds of merits hearings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Previously, Jon was a Suffolk County Prosecutor, where he appeared before trial judges in Riverhead, Southold, and Central Islip, and appeals judges at the Second Judicial Department.

Jon is also a Major in the Army Reserve, where he defends Soldiers under criminal investigation and before separation boards. Earlier in his career, Jon worked at large New York City law firms and clerked for appellate judges on the state and federal level.

Jon graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
