Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form, Estreich Law collects the information you provide — first name, last name, phone, email, and a brief description of your matter — together with your IP address and browser user-agent string. This data is stored on a secure server and used solely to contact you about your inquiry.

Retention

Submitted inquiries are retained for up to 18 months from the date of submission. After that 18-month window, declined-prospect inquiries are deleted from the database. Active matters are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable professional-conduct rules.

Your Rights

You may request that Estreich Law delete your submitted inquiry at any time before the 18-month window expires. To make a deletion request, email jestreich@gmail.com with the subject line "Deletion Request" and the email address you used to submit the form. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Third Parties

Estreich Law uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated abuse and Resend to deliver email notifications. No data submitted through the form is shared with any other third party except as required by law.

Cookies

Estreich Law uses an iron-session cookie strictly for administrator authentication on internal admin pages. The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies in the user's browser.
